Inge Swartelé, Owner, Coach, Consultant and Trainer

Inge has more than 20 years experience in human resources.  Inge has led the Expatriation Departement of a large international chemical corporation. Later on she has specialized in Recruitment and Selection. First as Executive Search Consultant, focussing on finding senior managers for international organizations mainly in the chemical and health care industries. During three years, Inge has managed Recruitment and Selection as well as Employer Branding for an international corporation in the metal industry. She has a thorough understanding of the human impact on the performance and success of organizations. Her way of working draws on substantial HR experience and focus while excelling in adopting a refined, professional and evidence based approach and communication style. At isw, Inge is the expert you need in Talent Management and Talent Coaching.

Inge Swartelé is Belgian national with Dutch mother tongue and is fluent in English and French.

isw works with consultants, trainers and coaches whenever a project calls for it. These people can have talent management expertise, as well as communication, coaching and leadership and other domains within human resources.

Having broad experience and extensive technical knowledge, Jarl has the necessary skills and qualities to select and lead a team of people.

Since 2016 Jarl has focused on recruitment, advising young professionals and coaching.

Jarl is Dutch, French and English speaking.

Wim Coessens, Coach en Trainer

Wim Coessens has more than 20 years of experience in media and communication management and held several senior management positions in the media and entertainment sector. Trained as a conference interpreter, he was a journalist, Editorial Manager and General Manager of the newspaper De Morgen, Managing Director of VRT's Radio 1, Manager Digital Media at VRT and Director of the International Filmfestival Vlaanderen-Gent. He sat on the Board of Directors of Vlaamse Dagbladpers (the Flemish federation of newspaper publishers) and Mediargus, and was a member of the Strategic Committee of De Persgroep, Flanders’ largest print publisher.  

He currently works as a media and communications consultant and provides presentation coaching, media training and coaching in leadership, communication and negotiation to executives. He also teaches Public Speaking at Antwerp Management School. He has a strong passion for the media, language and communication, corporate storytelling and organization design.

Wim holds management degrees from Vlerick Management School Leuven-Gent and Antwerp Management School. 

Elke Demey, Junior Consultant

Elke has a  Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor in Education. She has substantial knowledge on several aspects of psychology.

She applies her interactive skills in several domains in the preparation and elaboration of talent management projects.

Elke works at ISW as a Junior Consultant since April 2015.

Elke is a Belgian national, a Dutch native speaker and is fluent in English.
